I won't be going to this like I thought. My dad spent a lot of money on fireworks and we are doing them the same days as the VGL concert. :(

Butty, after the answers I saw above, I think I'm even more confused...how would kindergarteners get those answers?? Aren't they supposed to be learning how to read?

Isnt it your choice whether you go to shoot fahrworks or go to a nerd concert? Amber could go with yer dad to shoot them and you could go to the concert unencumbered.

Ive skimmed forums with threads 10 pages long that still dont have a definitive answer, shawty. But I still think its "No." Its been said that thats why the kids get it and the adults dont. We ry too hard to satisfy every situation and we over analyze everything whereas the kids just say "No. We cant guess the riddle."

Its a joke. Surely youre aware of the proliferation of Chuck Norris jokes in the last couple of years.. You know, A guy once tried to stab Chuck Norris and the knife apologized, sort of jokes.

Although the VGL concert would have been great, I was mainly going to support my friend. I've heard all of his music firsthand (he actually used footage from a game I saved that was played during one of his music scenes for his resume type thingy :bigok: **does this make sense? I was outside ALL day**) and am not really into video games all that much.
Can you say run-on? :rofl: I have a headache.

WHAT on earth are you talking about K-ma??? Amber will alwaya want to hang w/ her mom.....right?? :( :tongue:

I'm in my early to mid-20's :verysad: and I still love hanging out with my mom. And my cousin who's 2 months older than me also loves hanging out with her mom...in fact the 4 of us often do a lot of stuff together.
Don't worry too much Butty, I'm sure Amber will always want to be with you! :hug:

Whew!! I was a mommy's girl and am still close w/ her. Amber is a mommy's girl too and I think she will be for awhile. Here's hoping at least! ;)

Oops! I dont think my statement came out right....:o
I didnt mean she will turn 18 or 21 and be like "see-ya" I just meant simply to enjoy the "now," the present. Kad has grown so fast and each day I take a moment and just breathe him in. (He is singing "we need the funk" right now with the minivan commercial on tv) And I think there is something so special about watching fireworks together - it's almost magical!

sccrbrs6 - thanks! His birthday is Sunday and he will be 3!!!!! He is the most awesome thing in my life! He caught wind that his presents are here and he has been looking for them! (Just like his father!) He found one I havent wrapped yet and he was asking me questions about it. LOL
 
Maybe I didn't read it right. I haven't been sleeping much, maybe it's getting to me. I should change my name to callmeDramaQueeenExtrodinaire. :tongue: Anyways I am very thankful for every moment I have w/ her...well w/ anyone for that matter...especially her. I'm very lucky she still wants to spend the time w/ her goofy ol' mom.
*side note...my hillbilly neighbors are having another frikin' yard sale. I'm not so thankful for that. :tongue: Sorry if that offends hillbillies or yard sale shoppers. :tongue: ...Oh my gosh I need some sleep :yawn: :sleep: *
 
i'm having a yard sale next weekend, but it's to raise money for cancer research, not so i can afford some more garden gnomes ... no offense to anyone who collects gnomes (especially angelgrammi :hug:)
