Well I finally called after trying to send an email about a week ago in which I received no response. Also keep in mind that I was charged for this order over 1 month ago.

So I called the 800-884-4833 number and actually got a person right away. I asked about my order, she went to check on it for a couple of minutes and said that all my items are in stock and will go out today.

It's funny how I had to call to get them to ship. Almost seems like they won't ship until you call and ask them about your order.

That's okay, I won't buy from them again unless there is another deal like this. :)
 
Yeah, I think that might be the way they're handling the massive intake of "stackable codes" orders. I didn't really even push about my uncharged orders and the lady on the phone told me she'd forward everything to the warehouse and that all my orders should be shipped by the end of the week. Cross your fingers!

I've been reading other forums about this deal and it seems that every person who made an effort to contact the company has received their orders (or parts of their orders). I guess if we really want our deals, we have to fight for them! ;)
 
I took your advice and called about my missing orders. One order, I was told, had many items that were not in stock and would not be in stock again. That one she was going to check and see what they had and credit my card back what they could not fulfill. Then she would send that one out. My other order has some items on backorder and it is waiting on that. The order I have gotten is missing two items that are on back order. Hopefully this all works out well. It's too bad about a lot of stuff simply being gone for good. I had ordered a bunch of stuff for Christmas gifts. :(
 
I got another incomplete package today that contained some teas, body sprays and body lotions. The teas weren't in tins, just came in brown refill bags, which was disappointing. However, they smell nice. I don't think they'll make super nice Christmas gifts though. Don't really know what I'll do with all this tea now.

The Muguet body spray smells really great. In retrospect, I wish I had gotten that lotion and body wash too.

Everything else was just so-so. In fact, I suspect that one of my body sprays doesn't have a scent at all. I wonder if they screwed up production trying to fill all orders and didn't add the scent element to some of the bottles.

Also, did any one else get the Tender is the Night jasmine scent? Does it smell cinnamon-y to you?
 
Finally got my order. It is complete and better than expected. Yay!

well, my mail arrived today with 2 packages, i was like yay!! woo hooo!!!

open one and it was the package they sent me to make up for screwin up my order the first time, I get the 2nd box, and what do ya know!! I have someone elses order AGAIN!!! how does this happen??? especially two times!!!

Did anyone receive their items from the LA MAISON DE LA BOUQSOUTH discount offer?

I got charged over a month ago and have yet to get any of my items. I am beginning to think they were unable to come up with all the items...I can't find their website anymore so....
Just throwing it out there...Anyone get their stuff?
 
Yes - I recieved some hand soap maybe a month ago (or so). No problems for me, they also charged me accurately as well.

If you can't get a hold of them, call the credit card company to reverse/dispute the charge.

I got all of my items about 2 weeks ago. A couple had slight dents - otherwise all was okay.
 
I got my items yesterday. I thought the same thing, I noticed I was billed a month ago. I was back- ordered 1 item out of 7.

Please check out the previous discussions... the store still exists and you can actually talk to a real live customer service person by trying to call 1.800.884.4833. I can't promise that anyone will answer but I've had better luck with that number than the one printed on my order confirmation. Since your order is charged, CALL THEM and make them send it to you.

This offer is taking a lot of work to get it fulfilled but it sounds like it's working out for some people.

Unfortunately, even though I only live about 20 minutes away from this store... I have yet to receive any type of shipment from them. The rep I talked to earlier this week insisted that my orders will be sent right away to the warehouse for shipping and that they would be shipping no later than the end of this week. Plus one order supposedly already got shipped... but alas I think she was misinformed since I haven't received it yet. If nothing shows up by Wed., I guess I'll have to call them AGAIN! :banghead:

Call that number with your order number and they will get it shipped for you. That's the only sure way to get your order. :)
 
Oh you guys are going to LOVE this...

I just spent 30 minutes on hold, trying to get the 411 on my order (which I was assured, the last time I called, I'd receive on Wednesday @ the latest). After giving my information for the FOURTH time (the call made earlier today was met with a "she'll call you back" which, of course, *she* didn't), I was told that customers were receiving the wrong orders. Apparently (according to the person I spoke to), the warehouse labeled "all the boxes" (her words) incorrectly and I was going to receive someone else's order.

Great story, huh?

I then got a little *****y. The rep finally told me that she was "pulling" my order out of the screwed up bunch and resending everything. According to her, I *should* get my stuff within three days. I'm not holding my breath.

Oh yes... I asked her if they were planning on calling all the customers who were going to receive wrong orders and she goes, "We were hoping to do so." The mind reels...

Another week and I'll ask for a refund. As good as this deal was, I'm way over dealing w/the nightmare service.

I received (most) of my order! :D It's all very nice. I'm really happy with the quality of the items. The candles are great! HIP HIP HOORAY!

Here's some so-so news...

I do not think I would ever use DHL to ship heavy packages. The boxes came half open and totally roughed up. Some of the tea cups that I received were bent up and I really think the shipper is the problem there.

Here's some news that will make you wanna go Hmmmm...

So I knew that I had 4 items on back order. One of the items, the basil countertop cleaner, was included in the package even though I thought it was on back order. However the rosemary candles, that weren't supposed to be on back order, didn't come. So I called and spoke with a woman and hopefully fixed it, but wow! That is one wacked out system they have in that company! I think they are going to take some major losses this year.
 
When I originally called for my order the representative said that all of their stock was cleared out in one day! The internet is amazing! :tongue: :computer:
 
i will say everyone ive spoke with at this place has been really nice :)
 
Yesterday I got a package from the USPS (the label said DHL, and had the USPS office address on it) and it had 3 of the 12 things I ordered, and the packing slip said the other things were on backorder. I also got an email yesterday with another tracking number from DHL on it, for another package... I never got an email on the first package.

Today I received the DHL shipment in good condition with 8 or 9 gift sets and paid $26.10. No complaints whatsoever. What a deal. :tongue:
