(expired) Free USPS Package Scale

You can never look a freebie horse in the mouth, with that said, these are a bigger let down than the last episode of Seinfeld.

I agree, these are weird little springy things, not even a scale, I got mine today.

Stamps.com offers a much better deal, I got 2 free months, $24 credit and a 5 lb. scale from them!

So I ran out to my mailbox yesterday, ecstatic because there was a HUGE Priority Mail box sticking out of it, only to bring it inside, rip it open, and discover a tiny box inside with the exact scales pictured here. Although I admit, it was foolish to think that we would be getting something as neat as a digital scale, my 2-year-old sure does enjoy driving his cars over his 3 new bridges... LoL
Thanks for the idea! Now I know what to bring along when I babysit for my 3 year old nephew! He can use these as little toy car bridges! What a joke! The good old postal service... gotta luv 'em! :mmph:

I got mine yesturday too, I was like, "huh?" what crap! I sell on ebay and believe me the post office is wicked picky about weight, a few times I was off just a few cents by printing my own lables from paypal, and it wasted time to go put more money on the boxes when the PO called and said I was short! They aren't accurate. I tried one out and if it goes almost down with a pound one but not quiet what does that mean? and if you're just a tad off you're screwed, Complete utter junk!!!

I got 'em. Well, at least they DO come...
Weird that the USPS would put forth the expense of shipping them and all if they aren't even accurate! As everyone else said, I could not believe the box they sent these in.

I got mine the other day. I guess I will still be going to the post office to send my packages.

I got mine too a few weeks ago.

Yep at least they came and were free.....that's all I can say

Mine came too, but the videos that the post office offers are great, and they came in less than a week.

Well, I wasn't as disappointed as some of yousince i was reading everyones post as they received them, but i got mine yesterday. They are VERY inaccurate! lol, not to mention a total tease of a box. However, they did send me 2, now my kid has 6 bridges to play with, lol.

but hey, free is free.

Got my scales............very cute. You can weigh 1,2,3 lb packages and combinations up to 6 lbs using the three little spring-loaded devices.

The scales are like the ones pictured above. The funny thing is that the scales come in a big priority box, but the inside box is so small. I can't believe the USPS used such a big box. But at least I have a way to weigh packages.

The picture shown of the usps scales is incorrect! I have recieved this freebie and they are not digital scales, they are stack and weigh scales- which in my opinion are useless, and inaccurate!!
:convinced:

Another awesome deal! :D
