The reason dehawk called it a banjo was because he couldn't spell ukelele, but I'm sure he meant ukelele. ;)

It might also be because Wade called dehawk's raccoon a lemur.

BTW, penpen is the nicest, most kindest, most thoughtful person here (but everyone knows that).

It's actually an ukulele, not a ukelele, a banjo, or guitar even. Do I need to put a fence up on mine too that has a sign on the fence that says "the stringed strum stick is an ukulele"?

anyhoo, I love suthrnqt's name. I don't know why exactly, maybe cuz I claim the south as home, but everytime i see her name I smile... :)

suthrnqt has a very cute avatar and is lucky to have a great song about where they live. They also say very nice things about Big Daddy. They are very sweet. :D

Sorry, I missed the sarcasm in the initial reading, caught when i went back and read it.

What i like about big daddy, he;s a parent and proud of it. he's worried about taking care of his daughters, and that's a good thing :)

Oh, and he has a good sense of humor <i catch it most of the time, just missed it this one>

Not a problem, very few people get my sense of (or lack of sense of) humor. :(

Wade has a very nice ukulele, but very unusual taste in beds (assuming that is his white wrought iron bed in his avatar). ;)

BTW, he's also one of the nicest new posters here (since he doesn't like to be considered the new "guy"). :spoofee:
 
awww...big daddy just called me a new 'poster' instead of the new 'guy'. That's nice.

I don't mind being called the new 'guy' though, a rose by any other name...right?

The bed is steel, not wrought Iron. Althoguh I think a wrought Iron bed would be significantly cooler. But as i've said before, a free bed in a room i don't have to pay rent for, down the hall from home cooked meals that I also don't have to pay for, make it worth it :)
