I would'a never guessed there would be bears in Fl. I've never pictured them in warm weather. We had them in CA... but only in the mountains or Nothern Ca.

Learn something every day.

BTW...with wind chill today it's 2 degrees.

We are in the middle of Apalachicola forest in the panhandle. It is a regular jungle down here.....coyotes live in the forest behind the house, turtles live in the front, I have seen snakes, river otters, deer and saw a fox this morning...and of couse "Da Bears!"

Hubby is frustrated and actually asked a FWC officer what the maximum penalty is for shooting and killing one......he told me he has always wanted a bear skin rug and I told him he can't enjoy it from jail......:lost:

2 degrees - that is it?

Speaking of wildlife...the wild turkeys are back! 15 of them this time!

:teeth: OK, I know I'm whacked :faint: but a thought just occured to me: When you see Disney movies, Eeyore always has a deep male voice. If he's a male, then why does he wear a pretty pink ribbon on his tail? Was this Walt's subtle way of telling us something?..

Who knows? I always thought Maisy was a boy mouse (if you know the character I am talking about). The name screams "girl", I know, but the clothes they stick her in! Maybe Eeyore's pink ribbon was why he was always depressed. Poor donkey.

update: 32 wild turkeys in my road this morning. ack! they're huge!

What does it say about Pooh Bear and Donald Duck with NO PANTS ON!??!?!:eek::eek:

How come I can eat three times as much Spaghetti when it is cold than when it's warm?

Ditto here w/ mac and cheese --- must be a cold-weather-hibernation-comfort-food thing :eating:

More gas build up lending to feelings of being full when the pasta is hot? Or, maybe no one sees you going into the fridge and sneaking some out of the bowl?!?!? :teeth:

MMMM...I had some tonight. Lots of Romano/Parmasean sprinkled over the top. Was wonderful after just getting back from grocery shopping in the windy/cold night. :)

No matter how much I eat, I can always find room for ice cream. :teeth:

I enjoy things much more after dying, I am glad my hubby brought me back, I am not afraid of dying again, although I don't want to do it anytime soon, it's not as scary for me now as it was beforehand. But send your homework this way propelissa, just scan it and send and I will get it done for you, LOL! I would enjoy homework right about now! I am enjoying everything more, it's really odd, I am not sure if it is where I hit my head and I have brain damage and my senses are more keen or what is going on, but everything just seems a little bit better. I wouldn't wish the whole ordeal on my worst enemy, it was hard on my family, but if that's what it took for someone to have a better outlook on life, well I dunno, it's just so strange, I mean I was ok before and now everything seems more ok, hard to explain, but anyway, good mornin yall!

Sorry to ramble, prolly brain damage too, LOL
