that is so CUTE!! thanks for the well wishes, km. i'll be starting 6th grade on monday, and my master teacher is a self-proclaimed germophobe, so i think i'll be feeling better soon. the worst is, since i'm coaching softball, i have to yell to my players with a throat that's already in bad shape. oh well...

ok...hmmm... odd comment...

having a beer at an irish pub is so much more satisfying than drinking the same brand at home
 
Talking is bad enough - let alone yelling! I have to sing, and last week I lost it at the end - and it was really hoarse - I guess it was kinda jazzy and bluesy. lol Ever seen the Friends episode where Phobe gets a cold........."buh bye my babies".

Clubby, I am still anticipating your response about Peeps - do you eat them and how? You probably bite the head off first right? ;)

of course i enjoy peeps. as a woman, you know, it's ALL about technique...

if it's fresh, it will be a bit spongy, so you have to grasp it gently in your hand. bring it slowly to your mouth and begin sucking on the head first. as it begins to melt in your mouth, you can take in a little more of it, until it fits entirely in your mouth. use your saliva to smooth out any rough parts until it leaves a sticky mess in your mouth. then swallow.

now, if they're not as fresh, their consistency will be somewhere between slightly firm and hard. these ones require extra sucking time, but the same technique should be used. :wave:

I've actually had my cats longer than my dogs. I've had them for 4(?) years now. If her clawing my leg wasn't bad enough...she is sitting here like I offended her. Silly cat.

don't worry. you can't fail a norm-referenced test, and that's what it is. you may score poorly, but there's no such thing as an F on this test.
