Ive been trying. lol. I need to get in better shape and I figured I could start jogging, but then I start to feel like Im going to hurl when I really exert myself. That goes away, right?
 
it will absolutely go away. there are a few things you can do to help prevent it though:
don't eat anything at least an hour before running
drink about 4-6 ounces of water every 15-20 minutes
if you run for longer than an hour, have some gatorade

the nice thing about running is, the more you do it, the more efficient you will become. i'm so excited for you! what shoes are you wearing?
 
How'd you know, Preco? But when Im not wearing those, Im just wearing my everyday sneakers. I dont want to spend $80 for a pair of shoes until Im sure Im going to stick with it.

btw, unless you're running over 10 miles/week, i wouldn't invest in expensive shoes, either ;)

thanks guys! i just checked into my class, and found out i got an A in this last one... so i kept straight A's through the entire program. i had a teacher at the school where i work tell me not to work so hard because my grades didn't matter; it's proving myself as a teacher that will count when it comes to job hunting. ugh. my grades matter to me, though, and i wouldn't feel right if i wasn't putting 100% into it.

now, on to my odd comment...

i love cadbury cream eggs.. they're one of the best parts of easter!

......I am in love and completely obsessed with Marshmallow Peeps!!!!
You know the cute little bunnies and chicks! I was elated when they started making them for Christmas - snowmen & trees & the gingerbread men (fave!) and then the strawberry hearts for Valentines Day (yum). Pumpkins & cats for Halloween. And now I have discovered this year - - they have made Cocoa flavored bunnies! :druel:

Just like to give a shout out to the makers of Marshmallow Peeps! :woot:
