Thanks, only got 135 last week so my daughter can't get the note book. We only have 1255. We need a good score so she can get the camera. I'll still get the fishing ploe. Never know maybe the'll throw in some bonus points. Good work again on finding that, no one else could.

I have just felt sick ever since I checked my points this morning. I only need 10 points for the netbook. This really stinks !!!! I did have some fun with the essay question. It was nice to pretend I had a million dollars. Now, the way my luck runs when we do get our final points next week, everyone at once will be claiming their gear they earned and the site will crash and I still will not get the netbook or they will run out and have to restock and I will be waiting until next Christmas. Ok, no more bad thought's !!! Stay positive !!!!
 
Don't despair yet. They are still going to add more points.
 
I think I will go with ROWDY, saw a picture of him his name was in all caps on his shirt.

on star garnets I would think it would not be capitalized, its not a proper name or place, its a stone and when you see other stones they are usually not capitalized...diamond, black diamonds, topaz, turquiose....just my opinion...

Thanks so much for that post, before this all I saw was an article advertising the race and then another in january saying the race was won by perico but in Jan, not Dec 25, but the answer "c" neither it was cancelled didn't make sense. If it was run in Jan instead of Dec it would have been postponed not cancelled. Answer "D" it was a tie! Thanks!!!!
 
Don't worry , You could put all wrong answers & still get the netbook . With 1290 We don,t have a chance

Hey! I just redeemed a camera for my sister. How long did it take to get a confirmation email? Also how was it shipped? Does your wife like it? I cannot wait!!

I am still holding out for a netbook. My team has 1590 and my husbands has 1440. I know I can atleast get one. I hope we can get two. Any ideas how many points this weeks questions are worth?
 
I'm gonna give it a few days to see if my points go up any. I did have to do a tie-breaker question.
