just called Hammerpress and spoke with the owner. He's very nice and I am not the first person to call...no surprise there! I have good news and bad news...

Bad news is that Marlboro has contacted them and they are not allowed to provide any info or clues.

I don't give up very easily so I do have a bit of good news:

I asked if they had a copy anywhere in their archives and he said they DID NOT. He said that Marlboro took all the copies AND the original.

1- That saves us all some time since there's nothing to search FOR.
2 - He said Marlboro got the Playbill; so that means they had it done specifically for this game. It's not an actual playbill...

I just heard Scoville is maybe the correct answer. Here's the reasoning:

1. A ruler MEASURES, as does the Scoville Scale (the amount of heat/pungency in peppers).
2. There's no limits on the scale, but you are definitely limited by how much heat/pain you can handle.
3. Scoville sounds like the name of a city, but has no mayor.

what do you guys think?

Boy am I disappointed this week. I guess i'm the first to post this morning about points. I only got 85 and my husband got 135.This was how I answered:
1. rocks 2. James 3. Livery 4. Arizona, 15 5. me, Sacramento, Thurs my husband, Sacramento, Wed
Oh well, go figure.
So far for this week I don't know yet what I will answer on any of them. I haven't had a good week. To much going on.

I put Sac Thursday and AZ 12 and also got 135 pts. i think those points are from the week before and last weeks points aren't posted yet.
 
No, they're last weeks, yesterday morning when I went in I had 775, this morning I have 910.

:) I would glady share if allowed.

I've read on other boards that some people have hit 1000...that's amazing but can't figure out how so many on this board have used the same answers & aren't close to that yet.
Since I'm not getting my hopes up for the netbook, I'm gonna try for the camera for hubby if we can get close enough.

Not a lot of "girl" things to pick from, unless you're the outdoor hiking/tent sleeping kinda gal. (Used to be, but my achy back needs a good mattress & my own pillow these days!:teeth:)

According to the rules, "The answers to the first four(4) of each clue round's five(5) clues will be scored to earn Gear Points for the Gear Offer". So the 5th clue is just bonus points...2 points. I had the same answers as you and your husband except for San Francisco, Weds...and only got 85 points....We will never figure out the point thing until the very end...if even then. IMO
 
Ok, new to this stuff, was trying to quote Lil Obie...but I see a lot of people who had the same answers as we had and we got 85 where they got 135.
