Some people experience upset stomach and find it hard to sleep. I just did a search under Dexatrim Max20 Side Effects and there are a lot of reviews out there. It seems to be the "old Dexatrim" with added vitamins, minerals & herbs (Green Tea, Chromium, Ginseng, B Complex.) And you take it in water, so you get the benefits of drinking more water.
