they are not accepting coupon 6:00pm today

Well hopefully the ones around Penn station takes them because I pass by that place everyday on my way back from school to take the LIRR.

I use the bricks coupon printer constantly and have no problems from it... no spam, they don't track you web page visits... the cookie tracks your coupon prints, so you aren't printing 100 copies of a coupon that is ment 1 per person.

as for the coupons themselves I would hold on to them... they are valid until the 19th, and there is a good chance KFC will get it worked out with their stores... you have to admit the response to the coupons is pretty overwhelming.

I found this on the Oprah webpage, you can try this.

If you downloaded coupons and they were not accepted at a KFC restaurant:
Please call 1-800-CALL-KFC.
Our Customer Service representatives will assist you and also take the information about your experience and follow up with the restaurant.

some scary stuff LOL I dont think I'm going anywhere near that store if i want my free meal.

Freakin' Oprah... we had to wait in line 15 minutes today! If her big mouth didn't broadcast it, we would've walked right in.

made it onto Entertainment Weekly too:

Install a "coupon printer" executable????????????? YEAH RIGHT. Keep your meal you spambot networks.

the oprah site coupon

I got mine from the Oprah site and printed two copies (one for wife and self). I had to wait nearly 30 minutes at two different restaurants (total 1 hour wait time). But they are good! Just be prepared.

The coupon printer should be fine.
I am more interest how the system track whether you already printed the coupons. Is it the IP, the program, the cookie, or what?
(yes, I want to beat the system :teeth:)

I haven't tried to use mine yet (I have 2 from the KFC website, and then one of the PDF form), has anyone else in UT tried this yet?

Maybe I'll just wait a bit and see what KFC decides to do about all the backlash...

I installed a new xp on a spare hard drive just to print 4 more coupons
Time is almost up, now is 12:38 EDT

Do you think they will accept grayscale coupons? I was able to print 3 more coupons using another printer/browser--not sure why it worked.

Wow. All this uproar for KFC's "chicken"? This is really funny. Sit ins going on because they wont give away all their "chicken". Of course they are not going to give away all their product.

My KFC location WILL NOT HONOR THE COUPON

Attention ALL: :mad::argh::rant::target::dupe::alberteinstein:

The KFC in Queens Center Mall in New York refused to honor my coupon (and somebody else's who warned me of the coupon not being honored). The reason? Because I printed the coupon out on a monochrome printer. It was not in color, so the location felt it had to brand all customers who had a black and white printout of the coupon as "GUILTY OF COPYING THE COUPON".:dontknow:

Do not go to this store anymore.:thefinger: They felt they had to resort to "devious and underhanded":reddevil: tactics and deny all innocent holders of black and white printouts, all because they probably could not handle the huge turnout....so they felt they had to "thin out the numbers" by making a sneaky rule of "color printouts only". They didn't even have the courtesy to hang up a sign warning people (I waited a good 20 minutes on the line only to be turned back) not to bother waiting for a free sample if they had a black and white coupon.

Each coupon has it's own distinct barcode number. Would their scanning computer be able to know if a specific barcode number was already used?
