It shows up on the page you print to take to the dealer. I just got under the gun by finding this yesterday. I told bunch of kin folk about it, didn't know it is over til this afternoon. At least I got mine.

My husband went to our local dealer on Monday and he has a confirmation e-mail. Hope this actually comes. I told him to go back and print a cert. for me, but, alas, he didn't do it in time. And I remember the Dior thing--we got two bags w/the samples with no problems...about 18 months ago.

This was done the last week in December & it states in the confirmation email 6-12 weeks. See below:

Same here... Hopefully they have not gone ahead and canceled the whole promotion and not send out any of these. 6 week will be approaching this weekend.....
 
Haven't recieved mine yet.
Last time I got a letter stating I didn't qualify because of my location. I sent them a letter saying if the dealer filled out my form that I sent in, I qualify. They sent the card. Will do it again, if needed.
