I think that they should just HONOR all requests now, and for future promotions look into the entries more carefully, instead of looking into them at the last minute and denying those who did things the right way, and rewarding those who did not.

Though I understand the frustration, keep in mind that there was no test drive required in NJ, OH, TN or MD, legally they couldn't make you do it.
 
Anyone receive their card? I was hoping they would send more out...:sad:
 
citi prepaid customer service 1-800-522-7458 there is an option for "haven't recieved your card yet" . I guess they can do a search by name & address, might be worth a try.

I called Dodge to ask them about it and apparently this was an NRA promotion. They asked me if I was a member of the NRA and when I said no they read a prepared statement.

Not sure why certain people got it, while others did not, but just wanted to shed some light on this.
 
well, I'm not up on cars, but if they are part of the GM fiasco, the money you get is from all of us anyway (with the govt bailout etc.) The car manufacturers don't have any money to send!!!

What?!?! Many people here called and no one has ever mentioned being asked about being a member of the NRA?!
 
They didnt say anything about that when you signed up, maybe thats why i havent gotten one, I emailed them telling them that its false advertising and that other peole I know have gotten one and not a NRA member
 
I think it's the National Rifle Association.
 
I gave up on receiving one. I dont like their cars ANYWAY!!!

Well my husband is NOT a member of the NRA and he recieved his card so i would conclude that they have created an elaborate scamming excuse after the fact!!!:rant:

exactly.... didnt want to hold up their end of the deal because they were overwhelmed at the responses. That is not OUR FAULT!! and if they were not going to send them ALL OUT, they shouldnt have sent ANY out
 
There is an earlier post in this thread where the poster was told by one of the Dodge people there were several programs running at one time.. all of which offered the same card. That is probably were they are getting the National Rifle Ass. question. The program that was posted on here was not part of that one, and had no mention of the NRA in any of the information even the fine print.
I would suggest if you are in one of the states that did not require the test drive & you have the email with your confirmation number .. you give them that information, and remind them that the email is considered a written verification that they are sending you a card.

I sure did SAVE that email confirmation that my card was on the way. That is BINDING.... Or at least I HOPE,lol.
