I am getting the same technical difficulties message as someone else did. I want this!
 
Well, today my non-existent order arrived. And they had charged me $6.95. So I called customer service, and this time they were able to find the order, but said it had to be over $25 to get free shipping. I told them my confirmation said it would be $1.95 and that I wouldn't have placed the order if I had to pay the shipping (which is true). After some back and forth, I was told they would issue me a check for the difference-something about how they can't put it back on my card. So, another wait and see...:confused:
 
I received 2 boxes today. I placed an order online. Checked my confirmation emails and online order and they did not send me my 2 free gifts. So, I am getting on the horn and complaining to someone.

i haven't recieved mine yet but i did the "pay in three months" option and i have not had anything charged to my card.....

MY internet banking site is under maintenace so I cant tell if they charged my card.

Worst part is, if they cant refund back into my card im screwed. I cant cash a $6 USD cheque cause Im from Singapore!!!

There is no reason they should not be able to re-apply the charges on your credit card, that makes no sense at all. I'd give them a call and explain to them that you live in Singapore and can't cash a US check.

My order was sent out on the 19th, even tho' I placed the two orders on the 11th and it shipped from NY. Hope that helps you.

All I know is they better sent my 2 free gifts, when I called today, she said they would ship them out.
