Thanks, but when I clicked on it today, it said the minimum order for free shipping is $25.00. Maybe they saw their error!

i know that this is a stupid question but isn't there something we can do about this since they did send out confirmation e-mail?
 
just email them and tell them and vent - I just did - makes me feel better
 
You know what really irks me about it? If you walk into a store and something is ticketed wrong, any good store would honor the price. Just because they are online they don't have to honor it? It's not like they are a new company, or a small business. They have had time to get their $&!# straight. :mad:
 
And on goes the saga... after calling this morning to find out if my order had been shipped, then getting the e-mail that it had been cancelled, I get this e-mail:

Okay, except my order was for $1.95, not $6.95. So I call customer service and am told they can find no order under my name. When I asked what to do about the charge, she said just refuse the package when it comes. So I'm supposed to wait 10 days to get it, x days to send it back, and then x days to get a refund? Then the refund doesn't happen and I have nothing? No thanks! I am going to check my account and see if it's been charged, and if it has I'll call back and talk to someone higher up.:mad:
