The Closer Series House Party--Sign Up

I love this series, but I never get picked for anything but Kids show parties. I sure hope I get this one!!
 
does anyone know if you can check the status of applications on the houseparty site?? im getting impatient for this one lol
 
It says we will be notified by 11/5, but sometimes House Party is late with those so who knows. :) There was new info on what will be in the pack listed on the site. :wave:

If chosen as a host, your free* party package will include:

I think you just added yourself for future emails on upcoming house parties. You have to click on "Apply Now". If you had applied for this house party you would have gotten the message at the bottom. :)

We'll notify you on or about Monday, November 5th 2007 to let you know if you've been selected to host the THE CLOSER House Party.

I received an email from HouseParty on Saturday reminding folks to apply. It sounds like they may have openings still - I'll be tuning to my email all day tomorrow to see if they send out the notifications for parties!!! Good luck to all of us!

Please note: The host notification period for this promotion, originally scheduled for today, has been extended while we continue to process applications.
When the host application process has been completed, all applicants will receive an email updating them on their status.

I got it too! I going into houseparty withdraw....nothing new to sign up for.... I need some notification! lol
 
I recieved the same email, but hopefully they will make a decision soon. :)
 
They're going to announce sometime around 11/8. At least that's what I just got...
 
I hope they communicate the selections by mid-day on 11/8 b/c I'm going to a Women of Faith Conference Thursday night, Friday and Saturday!!! Very limited computer access - I don't want to miss my opportunity if I get an invitation! Gggrrrrr!
 
House Party.com just transmitted another email update tonight (5pm EST) encouraging folks to register for consideration for "The Closer" House Party scheduled for 12/3. Last Call Y'allLOL !
 
They are saying the demand is strong, however it seems like they are pleading for people to sign up..... maybe we all will make this cut!
 
My friend applied and was told that she'd know around noon 11/09.
 
I applied for the first time and got an email to confirm my email and thats it.I didn't get the other emails,did I do something wrong?Oh yeah this is my first post so Hi everyone.I have four children so now I'm wondering why it took me so long to find Spoofee.What a Great site!!!!
 
All you can do is wait "patiently" until they send out the host invitation emails. Be sure to respond quickly, because they typically accept the first 1000 respondents - the others don't seem to make the cut. I've only been selected to 1 host party out of 6 that I've applied for - I try not to get too excited each time so I won't get very disappointed, but I still get sad when I miss out! Hope we all get chosen to host!!!!
