Just finished my live chat.
Joel: Are you referring to the 'Cultured Freshwater Pearl Necklace 4-5mm/ 18in (MSRP 49.99)'?

Joel: After reviewing your account, I see that your order was shipped via USPS on 09/24/2007 and you should have received this order on or before 10/05/2007.
Joel: I am sorry that you have not received this order yet. However, I'll resolve this concern to your satisfaction.
Joel: Since you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, I will immediately go ahead and setup a trace with the carrier.
Joel: The carrier will complete the trace within 4 business days.
Joel: If the carrier locates the original order we will immediately re-route the order to your delivery address and notify you via email.
Joel: If the carrier fails to locate it within these 4 business days we will ship the replacement order at no cost to you.
Joel: Would you mind holding for a minute or two while I provide you a replacement order number?
I guess we'll see. But I dont understand why, if they are going to try to locate it, they would place the order for the replacement before they even attempt to locate it. What Ev.
