Price Mistake - Pearl Necklace for $0.00

I ordered the pearls also and have not received them. I went to Overstocks web page and had a live Chat. She told me she would put a trace on the order and if they couldn't locate it they would reship. I should receive them within 8 - 10 days. So we will see. you should go on the site also and have a live chat. All they need is the order number OR email address you used when you ordered. Keep me posted.

I posted on the other thread the customer service live conversation as I neer recieved mine and was charged $1.00.

They will research it and send me out another and were very polite and apologetic, etc. So just do the live chat about your order they say they will take care of it. Or call

i did livechat with them yesterday too after not receiving the pearls after ordering them on Nov 25th, and I got this email from them today :

Thank you for shopping with Overstock.com.

We have received and processed your return for the Cultured Freshwater Pearl Necklace 4-5mm/ 18in (MSRP 49.99).

Your replacement item will be shipped within 2 business days. You will be notified by email as soon as your new order is shipped.



I also asked them if I would be charged anything extra from the original and the "livechat person" said No.
 
Got mine a couple weeks ago...it DID take a long time for them to arrive after they were ordered. I was beginning to wonder if they were lost in snail mail hell or what....
 
I ordered them as well and when they arrived they were broken. I did the live chat and they are asking me to send the necklace back in order to recieve the new one that they will be sending. I wonder why others did not need to bother with sending back the defective one...humm
 
I received mine two days ago and, lo and behold, they were also broken when I opened up the envelope. I just talked to a representative online and got an in-store credit for the $1 I paid. I'm not comfortable taking a chance on wearing something that is going to break but, hey, I guess this is what you get for a buck!

I received 1 of 2 in the mail yesterday, it was pretty and not broken. Not sure if it was the replacement or original. Says its on a silk thread maybe that is why they are so delicate and the care sheet says to have re-threaded every couple of years. 2 year old daughter loves it for dress up at least and she has not broken it.... yet
 
After live chat and a few emails they said they mailed mine and it was returned to them. When I checked my order there was no tracking number so I asked them how they could track them down as they mentioned they were going to do when there was no tracking number. Finally, today I received mine. It was not broken but came in a cardboard envelope saying our free gift to you. When I checked out with mine there apparently was another coupon or something so I paid 0.
 
I recieved mine today and the string was broken. Took forever for them to come. I thought too that it had gotten lost. The front of the enevelope says "A special gift from us to you." Yeah for my broken gift heehee
 
i got mine a few days ago. In a cardboard thing that said "our gift to you" and it was in a pretty satchel thingy.

I guess we'll see. But I dont understand why, if they are going to try to locate it, they would place the order for the replacement before they even attempt to locate it. What Ev.

I got almost the same conversations and mine was "shipped" on the same day but my customer service guy didn't offer to replace it. Did I just waste a $1?
