If it makes you feel any better, there are a lot of "low fever/stomach irritated" things going around here. My son had a mild cough and a few stomach pains...and nothing else and he has been hacked on constantly by his sister. So, I think there are some mild cases of the flu, if that's what it turns out to be. Hope he feels better.
