Odd comments that have nothing to do with anything else...

Okay... it's not bad enough that they have 8 kids... she home schools all 8 (I'm not against homeschooling. I have met very intelligent home schooled kids, but her oldest son got a 15 on the ACT when he took it. I think that speaks volumes of the type of home schooling going on at this residence)... the husband is NEVER outside- not even for his daughter's 1 year birthday party in the backyard (which we were invited too)- yes, that's right- the dad NEVER came to the party... they have dead trees on their property... they have broken toys/bikes, etc strewn in the backyard... they never mow their weeds/lawn... the paint on the house is peeling... their water heater HUMS so loudly that you can hear it outside of the house, especially after 10 p.m. when I'm falling asleep in my bedroom which is closest to their house...

but now...


now....


They have hung- not even on their property... it's on our back-store neighbors property...


a frickin' clothes' line.

Can't wait for the underwear to be hung...

UGH!

They are so bringing down our property value. And having just paid our first installment of property taxes... I'm not happy!

I can't help the clothes line ok? My dryer is broke!!!!

Seriously, my dryer is broke - and until it is fixed I will be heading to the laundry mat or at least hang my underwear inside!!!!

I can remember being SO happy! We were getting a washer and a dryer in our house. My peers at work thought I was so nuts to be excited over a washer and a dryer, but before we got them I had to lug our laundry 3 blocks to the laundrymat to wash our clothes.

I hope your dryer gets fixed soon! I can empathize with your pain!






Still... it was really just another piece of hay in the stack for next door....

I don't like to dry clothes on a clothes line outside. I am not into the stiff cardboard feel. lol

Our outside is a mess right now, but we are set back a bit off the road with no neighbors - but we have scheduled a clean up day. But nothing has been out there for more than a few weeks....just been so busy and today it's raining.....

Nah... it's been raining too much around here...


(BTW: all the clothes they hung out yesterday morning are still hanging on the line now... it's just going to be another thing that they don't take care of...)

Do ya have any kind of zoning or code enforcement you can sic on 'em?
dead trees, if they're big enough, can be a safety hazard.
