Why am I sooo sleepy where's the....... zzzzzzzzzzzzz......... :zzz::zzz::zzz: Is it because I'm getting old? :eek:
 
WHAT A CROCK!

We only got 1.4" of snow and they canceled school.

I can recall having to shovel out of a lot more than this in order to get to school to teach!
 
Christmas tip: If Santa is planning on dropping by the 24th to leave out "already assembled" toys (for those putting toys together the night before) - make sure your power tools are fully charged.

Easier. Much, much easier :faint:

Wow :ohwell: we had like 5 inches of snow and I still have to go to school :mmph: but oh well it's only for today and for the next two weeks NO MORE SCHOOL! :loving:

This is the first year we have ever bought anything really big that we had to assemble....it could drive you to drink....diGriz? where are you?

Uh- really simple I tell ya. I just picked up the phone and dialed 911. Someone showed up promptly. I even got to ride in the elf car with them. It had these cool candy-cane stripes on the side and pretty red blinking lights. Very festive. The Pole was a bit cold...especially after sitting there all night. I overheard the elves talk about fixing things and wrapping up the case soon. I was so happy to hear gift wrap was included too. What gentlemen these elves were.

There was eggnog, but it never said anything to flatter me...so I guess your answer is no.

I'm grumpy. Tomorrow, our family will drive 6-7 hours to and from WI in order to visit with my husband's extended family for 4 hours- right during our youngest's normal naptime.

Ugh. It is not going to be a good day. I am so not looking forward to it.

These have come in quite handy for the task of keeping light sabors in the hands of my son's Star War's action figures. I'm actually saving mine. :lol:
 
Ok....tell me if I have a right to be irked. I know, I'm just taking it personally. I commented to my husband today that my friend's boyfriend doesn't care if she loses weight or not...he loves her unconditionally. (He's big too...so probably he doesn't care for that fact alone). My husband laughed and said "Oh, that's just what we're supposed to tell you." He was kidding...but I took it personally. As I am sure some other women here would too? Help me out now! :) I just told him he'd be in the doghouse until further notice. And to cap my lovely evening off, my children (thank goodness they weren't hurt of course), pulled an entire mantle display off, while attempting to look in the stockings. There is a pile of broken decorations sitting in line at our "hot glue station." Christmas got cleaned up faster than planned. ugh.

Your Hubby actually broke the 'man code of silence' for you....he told you how they really 'think' (and I use that term very loosely).....be honored....:lost:

At this point, I'd suggest some itching powder in the BVDs.....:whistle:...trust me, it'll make you feel a lot better....:wink:
 
I don't know...the scratching would annoy the crap out of me even more. :joyman: :argh: :lol:
