What happened, tigger? I had a heck of a time on their website recently, and finally gave up and went somewhere else...it kept deleting stuff in my shopping cart, saying my coupon code was valid but not applying the discount, etc. It really wasn't worth the aggravation.

I hate it when it doesn't apply my coupon code! :verysad:

When I (finally) got a customer service agent, she said they were having problems with the website.

I put in an order on December 12th. My credit card was charged, but I didn't get any order confirmation or shipping information, etc. So I was just trying to follow up on my order. I couldn't log on to the website. It kept on saying that I didn't have an order. I called the 1-800 number and I was on hold for 35 minutes (I ate my lunch...) and after I explained what the situation was, the person told me that they were having difficulties with the website and to call back in 45 minutes. WHATEVER! That's poor customer service!

I wrote them a succinct, yet acerbic email. I received an auto reply saying that they will get back to me in 48-72 hours. I figure that my package will probably get to my house before they get back to me. At least I hope it does...
 
A 35 minute wait is ridiculous! And I really hate companies that charge your card before shipping the item...that's a really unethical practice. I must have tried 6 times w/ the online order before giviing up....b/c I'm on a Mac, I never know if it's some weird Mac incompatibility or it's on their end, so I tried Safari, Firefox and IE...

Ha! Just realized I'd better check my CC to see if it got charged.

Acerbic and acrid...good synoyms for :rant: :rant: :rant:

I got tickets to see Hanna Montana for one of Amber's Christmas presents.
When she was here last I was on the computer ready to buy tickets, but they were sold out w/n a minute. I was able to get presale tickets yesterday. Amber was pretty bummed when I told her they were sold out this time around as well. ;) ;)
There is going to be a lot of screaming over here on Christmas morning. :ohwell:
 
Tomorrow, I have an appointment with the neuro-surgeon. *sigh*

Theyre anywhere from $35 to $65 if you dont get shafted.
