Odd comments that have nothing to do with anything else...

I just want to brag about an awesome dinner I made for my family last night.

Baked potato (on the grill, not the oven) w/ all the fixings, zuccini and squash tossed in olive oil the sprinkled w/ seasonings then grilled, steak on the grill, corn on the cob....boiled ( no more room on the grill :tongue: ) baked beans, mushrooms and onions baked in italian dressing and a zuccini, tomato, onion and squash medley. All the while making margaritas and daiquiris. My kitchen took forever to clean , but it was worth it. :proud:
*forgot to mention I had to make two versions of green beans as well. ;)*

this is shameless, but I wanted to show everyone how big my medal is from the SF marathon (and brag a little that this was my 7th marathon-- that makes me almost a legitimate runner!) also, now i'm running for charity, raising money for the YSC, which supports breast cancer awareness and research

oh, and i'll be running in Chicago in October, so if any spoofers are out there and want to buy me a spaghetti dinner the night before the race, i'm game ;)

I was at Warped Tour today...in the boiling hot sun.

Even though I had sunscreen on everywhere I STILL got burnt on my chest where my tank didn't cover. My face, shoulders and legs are untouched....
 
I'd be happy to go. It would be great fun. :-) And I'll even serve up the libations.

I missed the end of the previous page.. Sorry clubby! Thats awesome. Especially that youre raising money for cancer research. My mom had breast cancer twice. The medal is cool too, lol.

I have a question, if I'm called 'Squiddy' by my friends here, and then theres 'clubby', and 'butty', does that make monkfish 'monky' or 'fishy'? LOL
