Odd comments that have nothing to do with anything else...

That aint a knocked down tree, that tree was broken in half. Im always more impressed by that. Its one thing to pull it up, but to just snap it? Thats impressive.

This is all that is left of my tree and yes, Clubby that was my pear tree. :( If you look at the first pic...across the street was one of my nosey neighbors. I even had one tell me "Christine, you know you're going to have to get that off the sidewalk right?" Uhhhh DUH!!!!
 
That could go in the pet peeve thread.

I was close. Had she said one more dumb thing I would have told her off though. I really can't stand her. :mmph:

Amber had her gymnastics recital tonight (SHE WAS AWESOME) and I made two videos. One of her before and one during. The one during didn't come out. I was using my regular digital camera and I think it was too much movement for it. Anyways I want to post the video, but there is anoter child in it and I have to run it by her mom first.
 
Thanks Sharon and everyone else that showed concern. The storm was only here for around 20 minutes, but it was very strong.

The program for the pics is on the other computer and it doesnt have internet right now so I will have to think of how to get it on here......
I just went to the window and it is sitting there by the road. I am just in total disbelief!

You know Dan there was an article in the local paper here that had me chuckling. It was about 'porn for women'....and what was intriguing is that it's not what you think it would be. It was men doing chores around the house that actually got the gals going. Like a pic of a man vacuuming (granted he'd have a ribbed six pack and no shirt), a man cooking, etc.

I always say, "Nothing more attractive than a man doing chores around the house". ;)
