Marlboro Outwit The West

Thanks everyone. I am excited, but I always get nervous cause of all the paperwork, deadlines and background checks and the waiting. Though both of our backgrounds are clear I still worry, go figure.

I'm kinda having fun w/ all that's being done on #20.. lol this is what my sister sent me.. didn't know if it was true or not ... and I thought posting on the guys FB page was bad..lol

We Had someone on FW say they called to check. This is the info that was left on FW.

Man.. I'll do searches and such.. but that's way further than I would go.. but I know I have no shot at the million or the thousand..

Borrowed from Achillies for number 20

There is ONE possible date: May 6th. THIS IS THE ONLY DATE WITH EXACTLY 14 HOURS OF DAYLIGHT THE ENTIRE YEAR OF 2010!

May 6 = Sunrise 5:15am; Sunset 7:15pm
May 6 = Sunrise 6:15am; Sunset 8:15pm

W109.5* 33' N38.6* 34' Moab, Grand County, Utah

For those of you that live in Hawaii, Arizona, Eastern Indiana, The Navajo Indian Reservation, Parts of Canada, Central America, South America, Africa, Egypt, India, Asia, Japan and Northern Australia, they started filming at exactly 11pm on May 5 and concluded at 11pm May 6, 2010; or if you believe in DST (Daylight Savings Time) and observe it, they started filming at exactly 12am on May 6 and finished at exactly 12am on May 7, 2010.

The times for sunrise and sunset were taken from the Astronomical Applications Dept. at the U.S. Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C. (which is America's Official Timekeeper.)

ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! darn it, I accidently dropped a candle on my keyboard when entering my answers and entered Chyenne instead of Cheyenne.
I cannot @#$%ing believe this!!

points for last week are up... another 135 pts... up to 380 for 3 weeks.. I wonder how many we got wrong?

Since UP's #844 steam locomotive is still in service where did you find the answer Cheyenne?

Ok so at this pace we are averaging 110 a week that is 1100 for the entire 10 weeks.... we can not do worse than that cause I have my eye on the smoker and it is 1100.....I wanted to pick a realistic prize and not get my hopes up for the computer.

I've only got 330, too. Keep your chin up, at least we're getting something, right?

ANYONE GET THEIR POINTS YET...MINE ARE 430 SHOULD BE 50 MORE BUT I THINK MARLBORO MESSED UP LAST WEEK ON A 50PT ONE...tHEY ARE CHECKING INTO IT FOR ME....i HAD NO NAME AS #14....

I put in no name for #14 and got full pts for last week.....my husband put in no-name and got 50 pts less than i did...i guess the - should not have been there...so be careful what you type in

To all those helping everybody with suggestions and reasons why they think the answer fits... Thank You. Since most of us have no shot at the money, and it's just getting points it's very nice to have members willing to help each other get the most points possible.

Tazz ~ Thanks for the info : )

Obie ~ I thought that link was posted, Babs had a link about this before mine ..sorry.. I'll find it again & post it.. they run the engine on tours, but it's housed most of the time in Cheyenne..

i did cap the 2 N's...No Name

I have 430 pts...but i realy feel it should be 480...Marlboro said they would check on it....

Checking out the speadsheets the people who have 480 pts have the same answers as many of us that have 430...i have called marlboro about it i think every one who thinks their answers are the same or right should call in...if they get enought people calling they may ask blair to check their calculations

KathyVance: Since there is no diffinitive point score to any specific clue #, how do you know which clue you may have gotten wrong (or right) & how many points you should get for it?? Just curious...I can't tell on mine...
