okaay...where is the form...anyone else having problems?

I sent them an email to the offers site.Maybe they will answer.
 
anyone have their e-mail address to write them, I can't find one
 
I got on it from the page that keeps showing coming soon.I had to go on a few differant pages to find Contact us.

I sent them an e-mail letting them know that I'd been trying for over 30 minutes...this is ridiculous...and all for a freebie...
