OK everyone - now that we've gotten our forms submitted, how do we find out if we've won? Do they send us an email or is it posted on their website...........???:hmmmm2:

You usually don't hear anything. If you won you will receive in 6 to 8 weeks. Below is the e-mail I received from the after my complaint was filed.
