don't bother calling the 800# "all i do is take orders, i cannot check on any free samples you have to email them" the gentleman said, so off i shot an email.
 
still no response from my email back when bush was still president....
I just fired up a nasty email to them about their horrible customer service. PLEASE DONT BOTHER ordering your sample. Its not worth it.
