Yep, think this was posted a while back and I never got the samples either.
 
For those who don't know, this is apparently a loose tea. If you don't have a tea ball or individual steeping bags, you can use a coffee maker. Just wash it up really well and wipe the part where the water drips into the basket with a little white vinegar mixed with water. :tee:

It didn't ask for my info and I don't think that happened to anyone else. Try checking that out again.

I did try this once before and I never received my sample. I am giving it another try though.

Yah, this is retarded, i requested this back in Feb and till this day, still nothing. I called to check on a status update and a guy picked up and said "yeah?", and i said "is this teasta??", he said "yeah, can i help you?". HORRIBLE customer service. He said I'll have to email to get an order update, i emailed 2 days ago, still no reply. Even if this is good tea and free, i wouldn't do business with them again.

Holiday Mint and Chocolate Mint Rooibos are what I just ordered and had no trouble with it! I love tea!
