I got the same thing. My folder was bent and the glue boogers were a bit shifted so it looked like 1 was missing possibly, but yeah, I only had one. :)

Rec'd my sample of Quaker Simple Harvest granola, Pantene Expressions (two packets (Shampoo & Conditioner) in a walmart envelope (can't wait to try it), and a 1.7oz Old Spice body wash sample today. :)
 
I received the Cheerios MultiGrain & Huggies Pull-Ups sample, the Huggies came with sample packets of bath wash & shampoo. :bigok:
