(Expired) It's Opera 10th Birthday Download Free Ad-Free Version Today,8/30 Only!

Great browser

been using it for browsing for the past 3 years. fast, good layout, multi-windows tab, etc.

however, i still use IE for financial transactions, etc.

it doesn't matter where you download the browser from. THE only difference between the registered version and the non-registered version is a small banner at the top of the page

and BTW, Im sure they have recieved a lot of responses in regard to this offer, so in my professional opinion, you should wait longer than 5 minutes.

I have sent an e-mail about 12 hours ago and I have yet to receive anything back.

Easiest way is to use this link which was supplied above.

:)

Well if it was 12 hours ago, you were ahead of the specified time.
This spoofee message from you was sent at: 09:28 AM my time, which is 10:28am pacific time. Take twelve hours back from that and it's 10pm on 8/29/2005 which is not within the time period.

The deal says: 12 a.m. Tuesday, August 30 to 12 a.m. Wednesday, August 31 2005 (PDT)

So you were just early most likely. I just emailed and got a response within 10 minutes.

sent 2 emails to the address, one with no subject or body and one with...no responses either. Maybe they are overwelmed.

I've sent a blank email and an email with a text body asking for a code. No response for either.

Do you need to put something special in the email requesting a code?

u have to write "pretty please" inside the email. i sent one email and received 87 codes and it keeps coming.

I sent the e-mail hours ago and received nothing, but the link above worked like a charm. :secret: I love dodgeit.com!!!

Is Opera really that good?? Can anyone explain the benefits before I bother downloading it?

BTW, maybe you can trade some codes for SoftSoap with Rockstar. ;)

To me, its alot like firefox.

I like it, I haven't used it that much cause the banner thing got on my nerves. since I got a code to get rid of the banners I have been using it all day. There are several help topics on the website, and if you like clean internet browsing then you'll like this.

I think Firefox renders pages more to the specs, but pretty much anything is better than Internet Explorer.

yes I agree with you there. And for the times I absolutley need IE, I use AVANT Browser instead. It uses an IE interface but doesn't have the same issues.

oops haha i thought the link for yesterday -_-;; glad the deal is going on.
thanks :)

I think this browser may be too fat even for my widescreen..... lol

What are the issues with IE? :o

The fact that it is Microsoft is enough for me... LOL

I switched to Linux a while ago and haven't looked back since...

I'm using Opera NOW! WooHoo! I don't know if it's better than Firefox yet though, only time will tell!

Just wondering, since I don't know ANYTHING about Linux, what's so great about it? I thought most programs aren't compatible!

linux ?

where is the link to the *nix flavours? Isn't Bill G rich enough?
