(Expired) Free Rascak Flatts CD

How long before signing up did anyone receive the confirmation email :questionmark:

This is not for a free CD.

This is just a free 90-day "ALL ACCESS" Fan Club membership that expires on December 31, 2007.

It's still an excellent deal for fans, but if you are signing up just for the CD, then you will be disappointed because you will not be getting a free CD.

The offer is for their "Still Feels Good" CD Special.. the "special" is a free 90-day membership to their Fan Club. People who bought certain copies of their CD received an insert card in their CD that gave them a link to the website to claim a free 90-day Fan Club membership... not to claim a free CD. They had to buy the CD to get the insert card... so they ALREADY bought the CD... now they are getting an offer for a free 90-day Fan Club membership.... that's it. Nothing more. Nothing magic about it. No free CD. Period.

If you bought one of the first copies of "Still Feels Good" then you probably received an insert card that entitles you to a free membership to the Rascal Flatts Fan Club (expiring on December 31, 2007). After you've entered your information, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. If you follow the links, you end up on what looks like a payment page, and there will be a blank that asks for a Gift Code. Just leave that area blank, but remember to fill out the blank asking for your email address - this will verify the email associated with your account. Then hit Submit! And you're all set!! Enjoy the benefits of Rascal Flatts All Access till December 31st!!

I have attached what the sign-up/invoice looks like when you finally get it to "work". The invoice is for a free 90-day FAN CLUB membership... and that's it.

If you do not see your email response,check in your spam folder. thats where mine ended up.:)
 
It says my membership is going to end in 0 days and it wants me to pay to renew my membership.

The whole thing was a misunderstanding. A poorly worded page. What they were offering is
FREE ALL ACCESS membership until December 31, 2007!

when you buy their cd. I guess there was a url/ coupon inside the cd case that provided the link to the member's fan club. Somehow it got interpreted as a free cd.

That special was the free membership, not the cd, which supposedly we already had bought. I hope I am explaining things! :doh:
