I got thru on my second try, so don't give up. The lady I spoke with said their phone lines and website are being bombarded.

well, i went online and the order was transmitting, and right as the rep was telling me he submitted it, the online one finally went through too. go figure. wonder what I'll actually get?

Thanks mine went thru fast :) Must not be as many people trying for the paint like earlier when site was so slow :)
 
It was still slow for me, but I got my three orders in--me, husband and friend--usual suspects! Never got the "Thank you" for last one, went to do it again, and it said I had already ordered. So I guess it did go thru, but just sat there saying to wait...3 Quarts not enough for any one room, but added to a purchased gallon, might be enough for my bathroom or something. Great, great deal! Thanks so much.
 
It went thru just fine for me online and quite fast too. I love the rasberry color that i ordered for my trim in the computer/office room. Thanks OP!!:clap:
 
Internet Explorer just kept loading and loading, but Firefox worked really fast. really good freebie :) :)
 
Just found a confirmation e-mail in my spam folder. You do not have to confirm anything, tho.

Well, The one I sent to my in-laws says it went thru, but the one I tried to send to "ME" still says it's sending a half a day later. WTF? I hope it comes & the page just never loaded. I dunno if I should try to submit it again... if that'd cancel itself out. I could prob. call tomorrow, I guess. Did anyone else have this issue?

BTW, I got sea glass green. :) can't wait to use it.

See my post #29--had the same problem with my third order, but it apparently had gone through.
