(Expired) Free $50 Visa Debit Card for Test Driving a 2009 Ram 1500

Recieved this from Chrysler today: Do they think they are going to send them? I'm betting not. But I ain't giving up.
Notice they don't want me to use the reply to the email this time. They are so FOS.

whoa wait, they are saying the promo ended feb 2?? I just looked at the first email you posted on here from them and they stated feb 28. Now how do they get 2 out of 28, and then feb 28 out of the emails we received after completing the promo that stated the 6 to 12 weeks started THEN???? Why did they reply and say expect to wait 10 to 12 weeks after the closing date, if they supposedly mailed them on the 9th??? That makes NO SENSE!!!!
 
Feb. 2nd is the date listed on my original acceptance email as the end date. I'm not holding my breath waiting for this card though, but I do keep checking here. ;)

Exactly ...they're F.O.S. This is the original mailing they sent.

I sent Citibank an Email trying to see if Dodge actually has there Debit cards for this promotion. We'll see.

Hope it's true that we are getting the cards. I'm almost willing to bet not.
I got the following email today, now they change the end date to March instead of Feb. Bunch of liars, they are.
Thank you for your recent email. You can expect to receive your $50 Visa Debit Card 10-12 weeks as of the program end date which was March 2, 2009. If you do not receive your gift card within this time frame please contact us directly at 1-800-4A-DODGE. We thank you for your patience in this matter. If you have further questions, please feel free to reply to this email. You may also call us on our toll-free number at 1-800-964-0600. Thank you for your interest in Dodge.
 
I haven't had time to play with this one yet, but I did get my mail today, and I didn't receive anything. I remember a Lexus promo about two years ago for a $100 Neiman Marcus card, and it took about six months before I actually got the card. And the worst part is that I still have it. Never even used it!

Ok this is like the FOURTH time they have changed the date and/or said that we will have the cards. They pulled the promo by Dec 28, the day that many of us had signed up, said it was no longer going on. I immediately assumed that is when the promo stopped and the time to receive our cards started.

Then there was another email saying it ended feb 2 or something like that, and then feb 28, and NOW March 2??? This is crazy, what happened to the email of them stating that they had MAILED the cards March 9th?? Whats with all of the circles, either put us out of our misery and tell us you arent sending the cards, or send them when you say you are, geesh.

That's what I think, also.
 
I finally talked to someone today, and the bottom line is that the promo WAS extended from an end date of Feb. 2 to March 2. Although the e-mail confirmations we received in December did say 6-12 weeks from then, they decided to extend the promo to give more consumers a chance to take advantage of it. Some cards are starting to go out, but everyone should have their card by June, so I will not worry about it unless my card doesn't come by June 15th. The phone number to call is 1-800-423-6343. The rep I spoke with was very thorough (but a bit confused because there were two promos), but assured me that they would give me a card in any event.
