The 10 friends was to get the lipgloss with the mascara. If you didn't sign up 10 friends you were still eligible for the mascara. HTH

that's what i thought but someone just told me it was one or the other on the total beauty link. so i am puzzled...i mean ... what was the point otherwise? The mascara was the better deal, i think

pat since you keep a log, perhaps someone else signed you up for the mascara?
 
They just said it was a sample size of the mascara, and they said you'd get a full size gloss. The full size mascara was a surprise.

First of all, we are posting all this in the wrong thread--and notice that I had a mod add the month and year to the title so we can find it in the future.
Now, just to clarify--I do not keep a log of random, maybe, if it's 90 degrees in January, or other crazy things--just things I think will/should/may come! Anything Allure/Lucky, etc. are so iffy, I don't want to waste my ballpoint pen ink. :)

So what can the Attorney General's office actually do to this company?? People have apparently filed complaints. There is definitely something screwy with what is going on. It's beyond disorganized. If they are advertising these contests and not actually rewarding the prizes, I imagine there could be a stiff penalty.
