I just got mine yesterday..figured i'd try it later tomorrow b4 i gotta get ready for work..will leave plenty of time in case i get the case of the "EYE BOOGERS" LOL LOL LOL

Oh, me too. It clumped and looked terrible. I had to take it off, which was easy since it wasn't waterproof. I put it on like the brochure said and it was awful. I'm still a Cover Girl waterproof.:worry:
 
It's so weird that some of us had no probs w/it & loved it, and others had nothing but a clumpy mess. Strange that the results differed so much!?
 
I didn't have much of a problem loading it -- I just downloaded it and it automatically shows up at the top of my browser. I'll take a screen shot and show you where it is. I'm sure it'll work fine for you & it's just a misunderstanding. :)

That's where it shows up on my firefox browser. I think there were a few different versions (one free, some pay) so you'd just need to make sure you selected the free one. It was pretty straight forward, I'm sure you could try it yourself. :) I hope this helps get you going -- it's definitely a must for contest-entering freebie lovers.

This link/site states there needs to be an adapter to use Roboform with Firefox, but that it should download automatically:

I just went to their site and used the Contact Us link... it gave me a form to fill out. Then I got an email at the address I gave them that it hadn't gone through.
 
oh. :( bummer. ok. Not a surprise tho!! Pat, do you recall, how did you manage to contact them & get a response last year? Did you have an actual email for them?
 
Just went back and checked my e-mails. I wrote to [email protected]. Haven't looked into getting any list for this year, but that was the address I used last year.

I did save the back and forth with Allure leading up to receiving the winners' lists for the 20,000+ prizes. (N.B. I was the only one on the planet who ever got that list!) Thought I might need to repeat the process this year.

Why did the process take so long? What did you have to say/do to get the list & why wouldn't they just give (ie what was their excuse)?
