Discuss Past Months Allure Give-Aways Here

Got my Clinique. Also the mascara but looking at it I think I made a mistake and already got it.
 
My husband received the Arnell Lashes today (from 8/31, 1 PM). They actually sent him two products: Fashion Lashes Starter Kit and Dual Lash Starter Kit. He doesn't know which ones to use first! Came USPS Priority Mail from J9 Public Relations, e-mail: [email protected].
 
I have not gotten the stuff from November. I emailed allure, I am hoping to hear from them, but I am not sure if they will respond. I sent it to the [email protected], anyone have another email.
 
allure response really fast just give them time or just email again.
 
Allure is being goofy, again. I am still waiting on two of my five missing wins from August but have now received two items that I know I did not win. I have to go dig in the trash for the paper that came (today) with the Victoria's Secret So Sexy Tame & Smooth Instant Detangler (the August winners list does not have this as one of my wins) because I swear it said September (it was not one of September's freebies) on it, not August and it didn't mention an email. I am a little confused after being told they could not find me on the August list and then having to direct them to the exact page but I am more than willing to receive whatever they send, especially when it is something I can actually use.
 
got it here today too... and yes it is listed as a Sept prize...

I wrote Allure Sunday and they answered me back Monday regarding things I still haven't received.I sent it to the same email you have written above.Good Luck.

i think i know... DH and I both won the Victoria's Secret Velvet Amber Blackberry Fragrance giveaway for September.

I won the detangler in August. DH won nothing.

DH & i both received the detangler with a letter that congratulated us on our September. wins.

how many of you that got the detangler also received the Velvet Amber Blackberry perfume:questionmark: I think VS sent the August prize to the September list by mistake. Or allure gave them the wrong list. However, All of the VS email's were from the same woman..... Ann sch .... something something something
 
I'm not sure...I am on the August winners list for the detangler, and received it recently after following up on my missing prizes with Allure. I also received the fragrance on 3/12, but there is no winners list for Sept., so I don't know if I'm on the list or not. The perfume came before the August list was even released. Does sound like something is screwed up, though.

I just wanted to add to the list of things I recently received from the past giveaways.
About a few weeks ago I received the Victoria Secret Amber Blackberry perfume. I did receive an email telling me I had won that prize. Once I got the fragrance it had the congrats letter in the package.
Then today I came home to find a box at my front door. (I live in a Condo) so thank God nobody noticed the box and stole. It has happened, well ever since our new neighbors above us moved in. Sorry off topic. Aggrevating though.
Anyway in that box was a short letter congratulating me for winning the Allure giveaway from Sept 09'. It was the Victoria Secret Detangler.
I never received an email on that prize telling me I had won.
Either way I was happily surprised.
So anyway, I just wanted to add that I too received two separate Victoria Secret products from two different months.
Congratulations to all the other winners!

I think you are right that they got the lists confused somehow. Something got screwed up for sure with the Victoria's Secret Instant Detangler prize. I had won & received the Victoria's Secret perfume from September, but I never entered for the August Instant Detangler prize (the Aug winner's list confirms that I didn't win the detangler), yet I just received the Instant Detangler on April 3rd via FedEx. Plus, as some of you have mentioned, the note that came in the shipping box with the Instant Detangler says it's from the Sept '09 Giveaway, which, of course, is wrong since it's from the August Giveaway. I wonder, too, how many people this happened to.
 
I got the detangler from VS yesterday and pat it did say congrats on the Sept 2009 win! LOL! I forgot I even entered this one! LOL! My daughter got her VS Blackberry perfume yesterday (way late after many of you got it and i won one from a listia member whose also a member on here) and this was in her name too and I know for a fact that I never got this for her from August and yet it said Sept win! wondering if Allure messed it up??????? Think so! B/c I know i never ever and i mean NEVER EVER entered for the detangler in Aug/ sept!
 
Wow, I would love to get the VS detangler---I tried hard for it and I have sooooo many tangles in my long hair . . . but I don't think I will since I don't think I won it . . .

Did (2) two emails to [email protected] so far---early last week----about:

colormark, touchback by colormark, guerlain lipgloss, sally hansen seal & shine, and BBW Japanese Cherry Blossom Lotion, but so far only the colormark came.

Seems like they could put the touchback by colormark in the same padded envelope since it went to the same person, but no.

However, to other two members of the family, the Ricky Care flat boby pins were sent out . . . so they got them, not much of a prize, though. But nice to try anyway. We all thought they were real bobby pins in a box, but you get 6 flat red ones on a card.
