mom received this few months ago, contact redken online or call. allure wont do anything as long as you have a list with your name on as a winner you can go after what is rightfully yours to claim. let the company know you have the winners list.

I received this today UPS. Have no use for it, but at least the big, brown truck came to visit! And I have achieved my goal of 40 wins!
 
I got the Sebastian Professional Trilliant Thermal Protection and Shimmer Complex (retail value: $19.95) - it was in a Glad plastic bag lol and also got the Citre Shine Miracle Anti-Frizz Serum (retail value: $5.99). Both usps.
 
finally i mom gets her sept 1 Pureology SuperSmooth Smoothing Elixirallure giveaway. its just 2.5 oz fl. is that what everyone got or i'm i going loco?? :lol: should it be a full size bottle?? is this what they sell at the store??? i can't believe these people, how cheap can they be, good think i dont buy anything l'oreal. after receiving an empty box the first time now they send me a sample size, i'm so po'd.

just got off the phone with Allure. The lady in promotions pretended to be helpful, then transferred me to a voicemail. How kind of her. I fired off another email to a different email provided. Sounds like the BBB is going to hear from me by next week.
 
If someone will let me know an email or phone number of who to contact at Allure I'll call about my prize.. and also mention I have some friends missing theirs as well.. See if we can light a fire under their rears!

The email I was provided with is likely another worthless one...no name involved...just a generic one that gets deleted with all of the others! If I do hear back, I'll post. Otherwise, it's probably a waste of time. frauds!!!!

I would contact the company first. They are your better bet in getting your prize. I've gotten a few missing prizes in the past straight from the company. Which ones are you missing?

That's the FULL size, 2.5 oz!!!!!!
 
All Pureology products are small. That elixir is actually a repair treatment, so you won't use that much at a time anyhow. The good thing is most of their products are alcohol and salt free.

They're just small. :ohwell:
 
I'm missing the avon clinical eye lift.. I already contacted Avon and they batted me back to contacting Allure. They said they were in charge of the prizes. meh..
