I got all my wins except the Avon as well. I wonder if there's going to be another batch of these going around since so many of us seem to be missing it.

Thanks for letting us know about the list, lovefreebees. I can't seem to rep you yet, I owe you one. I don't post over at SD so if you could pass along thanks from all of us non-posters there. I know I so appreciate seeing that list.
 
I am missing 2 wins from June, one of them being the Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser and after a 15 minute phone conversation with Neutrogena, they are insisting that I have to go through Allure to get my win. I find that hard to believe as I have gone through companies before to get items I have won from Allure without any problems at all. Neutrogena just lost a customer. Anyone know someone at Allure that is in charge of getting these items out? I don't want to wait a year or more to get items from June again.
 
Who the heck at Allure does respond??? I get email receipts from them that they've gotten my inquiries, and I'm only ignored. Who do you call now-a-days. I'll just kiss my prizes away like I did two of mine from 2008. scroo it.

If you can talk to a person, ask who is the liason who deals with Allure

If you can actually get a person at a company, don't let them go until you get the name of the liason in advertising or promotions that deals with Allure, there has got to be one.

Also, if you can, ask who you can write to who is the head of customer service at their company.

I have tried this and it has worked when I can write a letter or have a name of someone who deals with Allure from a company.

Good Luck, please post if you get some info and we will hopefully get our prizes.

Remember August . . . a lot of prizes actually are getting sent out. Much better than August 2008, I think, hopefully.

I got both this and the conditioner. It came in a HUGE box. I think I saw that some other people received theirs around the same too.

yup actually I did receive this but that was about at least 2 months ago!
 
i really want what i'm missing because i spent soooo much time entering and finally i won something so i want whats mine!! we really should do something to allure so they will know not to mess with us!

I just sent a nice email to Allure. Done playing nice. :mmph: If I don't hear back by the end of today, I'm calling conde nast first thing in the morning with my list.
 
Just FYI contact info for many of the companies that do the Allure giveaways will be in the thread Allure winners list ... since it has list for quite a few months there are a lot of posts with contact information.
 
Please post what happens when you call. I called once to find someone and they were nasty to me.

I've had the nice, the nice/didn't help me when they said they would, and the nasty. They employ quite the variety there. Trick is to find someone who'll actually be there in a week to f/u with on the package that never arrives!
 
oh, just got my "read receipt" on my email. I'm sure it's been deleted already.

Avon responded to call Allure. I think someone posted they got a similar response from Avon. I'll be calling Allure tomorrow...as myself, my mom, my dad, and my husband. :pound:

I got my all soft conditioner from June. guess it's just more allure weirdness that allure/redken sent out some, but not all prizes.

i had luck in April-May when i went on Redken.com to complain about an august 2008 allure win that was never received...look for contact us on the home page. I had to send 2 emails and wait a while but Redken did respond and i did get my product.
