Why don't you just ask nicely when you e-mail your info back? That usually works (NOT).

Obviously, their database is screwed up. That's not a good sign.

Nothing here on sat. but I figure I usually only have a shot at the first 500 ones.. keeping fingers crossed.. everybody waiting.. don't get discouraged.. remember it took a year to get them going on the 2008 wins.. this is unreal that wins are coming so fast.. and they haven't all been sent out.

They are so full of shi*. I've gotten several winners lists over the past two years and it was always by way of an attachment to an e-mail (Allure and Lucky). I'm going to write back to her as well as their Public Relations person. Now I'm getting mad, and you really don't want to get me mad.

Today I did receive two prizes USPS: The Shiseido pencil which has been reported already and an Orly Nail Lacquer, "Prim and Proper" (8/5, 4 PM, first 250).

Congrats to you gals, and i hope each and every one of us gets some goodies this week so we dont feel sad or depressed. i've won only three prizes, its the same # count as last year but there's still more to come so be patient and if you have to cry just remember you aren't alone :hugs:

I think their database must be messed up - I use roboform, so I know I entered it right.

I'll try e-mailing her and see if she replies back...
 
OMG! I had the e-mail, too--in my spam folder (good thing I checked it today)--but I don't think this person is from Allure. I think she is from the company sending out the prizes--so no way she would know about any of the other October ones--however, she obviously has the list for this one prize from Oct. 5th. I should have asked for a winners list, but didn't. Doubt very much they would give it out anyway.

So, everyone: CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS FOR THIS!

Hey Pat - here's what she wrote back to me... (I deleted her phone number off of here, but will PM it to someone if they want it). She's the is a Marketing Director.

Unfortunately i do not have the names of all winners. I would suggest you call conde nast 12122862860 ask for the allure beauty team and maybe someone can help there.

Did anyone who did not subscribe to the Allure magazine still got the free give aways?
I was on allure like mostly every day, every hour but I still did not get anything yet.

Received the Shiseido eyeliner pencil duo in Electric Iris today. Very nice. Received 8 wins so far for August. I am surprised cause we were on vacation quite a bit. Congrats to all winners.
 
congrats Sherri, i'm surprised allure is working this fast, its a good thing.

hopefully we each are winners of the perfume. i checked my email spam and all and no email from them, my time was bad so i'm guessing i didn't get this or that they have my correct info.

Hoping you get it too... I have a feeling that there was a small group of us with bad addresses and we're the only ones that they e-mailed. I'm sure plenty more will get the perfume.

it all depends, last year for august allure i got an email from Mally beauty and i received the eyeshadow. this year i received the bobbi brown email but no palette as of yet. last year i said YES to third party contact when entering the allure giveaway and got the mally email, but this year i said NO to the third party contact and got the bobbi brown email. i dont know how this works, you can check for references people post up for the prizes they've received and see if there is one in your area or you just have to wait until you get the prize or until someone gets lucky and posts up a winners list for august. good luck
