Opps, I just read this on their site...
To receive your rebate, you must complete the rebate form, attach the 2 original UPC labels and original serial number label from the box and include a copy of your dated invoice/receipt.

On my rebate receipt it says:
1. Send in the original UPC bar code cut from the box.
2. Send this form filled out to the address lsited in the MAIL YOUR REBATE SUBMISSION section below.

Nothing about sending in both UPCs.

Got an email from Konica Minolta asking for a serial number to receive my rebate. :mad:
But I gave the printer to my sister, and I do not know if she kept the box with the serial number. :confused:
You think another serial number from another box in the store will work?
They said I can fax it to them...
 
The printer should have the serial number on it somewhere. Usually on the back on a sticker. Have her locate it, and you should be able to use that. I don't think they should require the actual serial number label...
 
Yes, the Serial number is on the back of the printer. However, after they get the serial number, they will ask you to send in the second UPC code (if you didn't send it in). This was happening to me. So I ended up going to my local officemax and talked to a manager. She helped me to talk to the rebate center (866)765-5702. They finally did honor the rebate. BUT IT TOOK ME MORE THAN AN HOUR!! It was pain in the ass!

So even if my sister finds the serial number, it is a waste unless she kept her box right?
I probably have to go to OM...
 
Try going to OM, if you get a nice manage. He might give you an instant rebate instead! This happened to me before!!!!!

Ahhh, yeah. Received my rebate check in the mail today!

Final price after tax minus rebates is $13!
