Some of them DO have an apostrophe after the word, and those are grammatically correct, but it depends on whether you count punctuation as a character or not.....IMHO, it IS a character.

The rest of them w/out the apostrophe........are not grammatically correct!!!

Sorry, not trying to pick on you! But childrens' only makes sense as a possessive, and possessives need an apostrophe to make them right. The fact that many people misuse it doesen't make it right.

What does the dictionary say? I haven't checked...
