BzzAgent.com discussion

I am so confused by all their levels and womlets, and blah, blah blah. I get all nervous when I am on their site because I am afraid I will do something wrong or miss something -and I have seen tonight, I did "forget" to accept some points for campaigns I bzzed...so I lose out. :(

i am probably missing out on something but all of those womlets are for things i have no interest in. Andi am not sure how they work any way.

I have a job already thanks, not gonna spend hours for 1 free lipstick or blood pressure yogurt shots. I network a lot at the office so all this
stuff gets done but on MY terms.

sweet winter :clap::clap::clap:
good for you! I dropped out of a campaign when the product stunk.
lots of confusion on their end...."what ,one of our wonderful products is bad.
NOT possible." i told them that the only BZZZ i could give was bad and that i thought the purpose of the whole thing was to create positive bzzz. i asked them if they really wanted me to start calling people and telling them the software was awful and to "STAY AWAY, STAY ALIVE" so they left me alone for a bit.

lets see how this gladething goes

I just got an early invite to the Children's Claritin campaign, so check your emails.

see my complaing on here helped...i just got the childrens claritin lol

Received the Claritin's campaign also...wow, it's great to receive several in one week!!!

finally recieved the rebate from Rain Organics campaign

The rebate for the Rain Organics vodka campaign finally arrived yesterday, took 3 months from sending in, doubted it would ever come, but it did arrive.
I got in on the Pledge Fabric Sweper campaign, haven't tried it yet, and got an invite to the Glade Fragance campaign, I check daily for new campaigns, not found one to use the golden key on yet.
I hope all awaiting the rebate got theirs too.

Not having recieved the rebate either I emailed them, this was the reply:
According to the rebate form it says to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. If you have further questions regarding your rebate, please call 1-888-426-4650.

I'd called Jan 22nd, the rebate was recieved by this company in late November, I was told I was "in the system, it was being processed, would take 2 to 3 weeks". The rebate has not arrived, I just called again, the phone rep telling me repeating what I was told on the 22nd. I asked for a definite timeframe, expressing my dissatisfaction, the guy mentioned having rebates submitted from as far back as June not sent yet, he could give no definite answers, his reply to my comment of the unprofressional handling of it, "I admit to nothing, I never send in rebates for this reason". He read off my info, first saying the checks had been sent Friday, then changing his story to the rebate check had not yet been mailed, he could not tell me when it would be mailed, should be 2 to 3 weeks, but "not to worry, you're in the system". This was the first time I'd participated in a campaign with a rebate involved, I'll not do it again, the company handling their rebates, at least this one, is the most incompetant company I've ever encountered.
I'd call back and try to get through to someone that you did mail in the rebate, these ppl are anything but organized, another rep may find your info, I'd hope so. My thought, if they are going to offer campaigns with a rebate, Bzz ppl need to find a different company to process their rebates or research in advance the company rep of who would handle a rebate situation. I'm personally emailing BzzAgent again, expressing my thoughts on their affliation with a company so incompetant and unprofressional. It is a shame we cannot submit Bzz reports on this campaign now, Rain Organics Vodka, now leaves a bad taste in my mouth, so much for giving it a positive reputation if introduced to it through this campaign and you are getting ripped off from getting the rebate.

yea the other day they sent me the palmolive one and of course I wasnt at my desk so when I checked it ... it was full...

no email, but wen i logged in ( cuz im bored online!) lol i had Nature's Source Pre Campaign Survey

I thought the CoverGirl Outlast Lipstain was horrid, had a horrid feel and taste to it. I wanted to leave feedback about my feeling about it on bzz agent but the rules said you have to submit 3 bzz reports before being able to do so!!!

I thought it was one of the worst products I've tried from BzzAgent. I did like their Max Factor lipstick, which really did last and i still use. But it is so hard to buzz people on products you don't like yourself...

where does it say to do 3 reports before your own views. I have not seen that, and I looked all over. I actually did do my own even if i did no other review whether it be good or bad.

I just got invited to the Nature's Source green cleaning product campaign. Used my last Golden Key 'cause I'm PO'd I didn't get invited for the Neutrogena one!!!!

I thought it was only 2 reports per campaign. However I could be wrong, but that's all I do since that's all My Status says is required.
Also, I just logged in to my account and had a golden key invite to Natures Source. I almost accepted but then figured I already had quite a few bottles of various cleaning products already that I'm still using. I really love the food campaigns tho!

I've not seen where you have to do 3 reports before your own impression either..
on the campain I got, I did my impression first.. they had no problem with it.

Although it seems all I get are offers for the pay campains and ones for medical stuff.
the supershots, and now the health clinic. come on.. no I'm not 20 something & my health sucks, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't like some of the other stuff... esp. free.

I know alot of people w/o health insurance.. so am hoping this clinic deal is affordable enough to be of help... I guess I'll find out for sure when the packet gets here.

congrats to all of you who got good stuff... the dishwashing liquid is very good.. I use it now.

Ran into this July 2008 article I thought was interesting~may explain why they don't want to hear negatives and they want US to pay for campaign items:

New BzzAgent program offers a money-back-guarantee

Word-of-mouth-marketing company BzzAgent Inc. says it will offer a money-back guarantee that word-of-mouth will outperform by 20 percent or more any other advertising medium when it comes to brand awareness, consumer opinion, purchase intent and actual sales.

Boston-based BzzAgent’s new “WOM Impact Guarantee Program” plans to refund their clients’ WOM and measurement costs if their word-of-mouth program does not beat by 20 percent any other advertising medium. To participate in the guarantee program, which is open to all brand marketers and their agency partners, clients must invest a minimum of $300,000 in WOM and other, traditional media outlets, such as TV, print and radio.

BzzAgent is partnering with InsightExpress LLC, a digital marketing research firm in Stamford, Conn., which will provide the measurement for the “WOM Impact Guarantee Program.”

I read on Bzz Agent they want you to do at least three bzz reports and to do several frogs in order to increase your beehive or status or whatever. So try to do three and do some frogponds if that's what you want to do (increase status, get more early invites and golden keys). This info came out when they changed the process a few months ago and went to My Points.

I got neither, the Neutrogena (which I would have loved ) nor the cleaning products. I get super shots and boston market. Which boston market was ok, the first time around, only. I do not pay for trying something, either

My daughter was invited to the Clean N Clear Makeup Dissolving Products campaign today.

I actually try to do more than 3 for each bzzzz anyway. It doesn't just help them, it helps my point collection to! I am trying to save up for the xmas time, and maybe bdays. I have amost 10k points! Do you know what kind of gift cards I can get with that? Each bzz 50 points can really collect!
