South Center Bestbuy, Seattle customer service SUCKS!!!!
i felt really disappointed about the bestbuy in (south center) seattle, wa. i went there at 5:30am with a really exciting mood, but went out at 7:30 with pissed off, and angry mood.
i went there to get the 99.99 subwoofer with amp package(seems like a really good deal). when i got there, there were still 10 of them. i asked the salesman, if that is the one. and he said yes... he told me to get a shopping cart, and he will hold it for me until i got the cart. i went and get the shopping cart, when i came back. all the subs are gone... I WAS SO MAD... And so i got so angry at the salesman... but i did not really remember which one i asked. They were saying "we dont hold stuff for customers"~~ bla... bla... i said i want to talk to the manager... then i looked around, the salesman, colby, was acting kind of afraid. so i figure out it should be colby. but i wasnt sure. so i went and talk to the manager, he seems hurry and impolite( when i talk to him about this case, he was saying our staff dont hold stuff for customer~~ ) then he just go away... (i regret did not get his name)... then the staff in the car audio department starts to joke around... i got even mad.... so my friend and i stare at colby for a long time, he just acts so nervous. What kind of customer service is this!? i became so mad, and start to talking loud to the staff. and all the people around were looking. so another manager (Brian)came over and said... sorry, those are gone but we can offer u a discount on other subs, but it was only 10% off. still way far from the 99.99 price... i got so mad, and i just went home, and got nothing.
i would never go to souther center bestbuy in seattle again... i have never get so mad before, that i would argue with the people yelling for about an hour~~
I am going to write a letter about the customer service of that bestbuy to the bestbuy customer care. And i will include their names and see what they will do.
