The bully-stick 6 pack is no longer an item they carry, so that's another freebie gone. Without it, plus the $75 minimum order needed for free shipping, it's not really that great a deal.

I just called DHL and they said that a tracking slip was printed out but the package has not been left out to be picked up. And I called Ruff Chews and its mailbox is full.

That is EXACTLY what just happened to me. DHL said they got the electronic shipping info, but that the package was never left to be picked up.
The guy had no prob taking my $, tho.

Citibank has already placed a dispute on the charge and now I'mm off to the Better Bidness Bureau link to let them know about this kid
 
I got my package today.. its good.. everything was in there.. my doggy had her nose in the box and is now crying bc she can't get all the treats at once.

I am hoping there is just a shipping back log in their warehouse...My DHL email said I was supposed to have recevied it on 1/17 but I called DHL and it wasn't even been shipped

I agree, wait it out. I've gotten stuff from these folks before and our dog loved them, so no sense getting feisty yet.

Sucks that you automatically assume the worst. I cant tell you how many times Ive gotten a tracking number emailed to me only to check it and have it tell me the info was submitted, but the package wasnt dropped off yet. Thats SO common. And for a deal of this popularity you can bet that his stock was depleted very quickly.

I really hope you havent reported him to the B3 yet. That would be a shame, since my box arrived yesterday. And, yes, he is..


So my stuff showed up yesterday at the office. I had never gotten a delay email though. Anyway, its all here. Not everything is exactly what I ordered, and not everything is exactly as pictured, but all in all its close enough.

Now to try to give my six pound dog a 12" rawhide knot bone. Gotta get the camera ready for that one.

Also, DHL probably uses the DHL@Home delivery service (actually the merchant uses it) . You ship through DHL and then the local post office actually delivers it (you have probably seen pkgs w/both on there). The tracking information easily gets lost with the transfer to USPS.
