    Oh, no! Not the intention, but I understand how that can be. If you ever feel the need to reaaaallllly purge, just watch the damn Extreme Makeover: Home Edition or as we call it in my house "The Crying Show". You will actually need to replace electrolytes by the end of the hour:willy_nilly:
