Hi Joyce, got home saturday evening. First time I've popped on spoofees been sleeping a lot. So far we're fine here, just wind and rain with tornado warnings but most of the bad weather is to the south and west of us thankfully. My husband is hanging on but all of this has stirred up some bad memories of Katrina and he's dealing with the nightmares again, hopefully it gets easier for him soon. Spending a lot of time with him just snuggling and trying to keep things light. Will be on more when things calm down here. Off to bed now thank you for everything! :hug:

Hey Joyce omg I'm so sorry I missed your birthday! Happy belated birthday! Got a laptop the first night I was here they were having a tax free weekend so I decided to see what they had and found a great deal, although the laptops weren't tax free. Nothing fancy but it'll get me by. Thought I'd have to wait to get home to get my wireless to work but ummm LOL was able to find a connection here. I'm going home tomorrow morning. Good thing cause hubby is going nuts worried about the tropical storm gustav unless it's now a hurricane. Living through katrina really affected him alot (understandable) but he won't come near the gulf coast during hurricane season and really would prefer I didn't either. He is upset cause the kids won't come home with us, they are meeting him half way so no one has to drive too far. He doesn't care what the news says he doesn't trust them anymore. Well you take care I'll be back on more soon. :hug:

Joyce, I really appreciate it that you, unlike some of your colleagues, recognize that a free offer for a very-low-priced item is a Fair Deal and not a Hot one. In scanning each day, it's a nuisance to see all the Hot Deal stickers on the free candy bars and such.
