Tesla is offering several used / pre-owned Tesla Model 3s from $31,000. These are mostly 2020 models. Tesla will add an additional year / 10000 mile warranty onto the Basic Vehicle Limited Warranty.

This is a great deal if you do not qualify for the $7500 Federal Tax Rebate.
