Don’t panic about your resale value

Your value has gone down for sure if you bought in 21/22 like me but the second gas prices go up again which sure as **** it will, your resale value will come up albeit not what it was in Q1 2022. Also those offers everyone is posting is from places like carvana which is going through some major financial restructurings themselves. They played a major role in that massive markups and now there’s an over correction.

If you’re looking to sell your 21 Y’s or 3’s in the upper 20’s and mid 30’s I’ll give you cash myself and get one for my wife. But don’t be a dummy and sell at that price. If you’re in a bind and need to offload a vehicle fine but just know that anyone would take it off your hands for that price and you could get a better deal if you look around a bit. They can offer whatever but you choose what price you’re selling at.

I have a lot of friends that bought during Q4 2022 and they are really upset about this. Elon may have screwed over his loyal followers
