How to use the Bonus Card
Online
At the Review and Pay step of checkout, click 'Redeem a gift card or bonus card' under Payment Options, enter both the number and the PIN from your bonus card or email, then click 'Redeem card'

Give the cashier your bonus card, show a printout of your emailed bonus card, or show it from your phone.
