started using this service a few months ago. the cheap price and flexibility to add GB of data on the fly is great but ran into issues with my incoming and outgoing texts not going out. sometimes i wasnt even aware people didnt receive my texts. customer support got it fixed for me but it took me talking to 3 different people over a 2 hour span to get ahold of someone who knew what they were doing to fix.
